Prior to my appointment:
I was properly informed by my Real Estate Agent/Builder on the process of my selections appointment and what options would be available to me at the design center.
My Real Estate Agent explained my Builder's required payment structure for options and upgrades.
At the design center:
I was greeted in a timely and friendly manner when arriving at the showroom.
I found that the atmosphere and the environment of the showroom was a comfortable setting for me to make my selections.
I was shown and offered upgrade options that provide higher performing characteristics; if I chose not to upgrade, I was informed of the expectation associated with the standard product I selected.
I felt that there were enough upgrade options for me to choose from.
I was properly informed of expectations of product performance, durability and received the Maintenance and Care informational packet.
The designer assisting with the appointment was friendly and provided helpful product and design guidance.
